Before we came back to uni after Christmas break, I went with my family to explore the forest near our city. I wanted to get inspiration for my concept art and create a moodboard that would helo my fellow teammates with their visual research. Here are some of the photos I took:
This week was all about developing The Guardian of Limbo and smoothing out the core mechanics of the game. Because of that, the week was mostly spent in debates and conversations about some of the unclear parts of the game.
Some of the questions we explored:
how the world should look?
the tagline for the game
what would be taken or given?
⇒ maybe give the true name in order to free them, take away the true name for power?
How would you stimulate the player to action?
